Religious Trauma Circles meet in MJ and run 5 consecutive weeks. This group is part educational and part discussion and led by a licensed mental health provider. The total for the 5 sessions is $100, but discounts are available for members of the LGBTQ community. Location for all groups vary and are kept private for confidentiality and protection of participants. This group is for any adult 18+.

Podcast Discussion Groups meet virtually. Previous sources (videos, podcasts, ted talks, etc) included Codependency, People Pleasing, How Logic Blocks your Healing, Political Anxiety, Hypervigilance, CPTSD, Reparenting while parenting, and The Emotional Cost of Always Being Available, Belonging, and the Ache of Self-Abandonment.

Living Loss Grief Group - meetings have been held both in person and virtually. Our previous topics have included loss of safety around gun violence in our schools, loss of trust in self after relationship betrayal, loss of sense if control after a child or loved one gets a life threatening diagnosis or injury, estrangement, and more.
